Personalised & Bespoke Products
All of our bags are handmade and personalised to your individual specifications. Please ensure that all names, spellings, colours and personalisation details are correct before placing your order, as these will be produced exactly as submitted.
Production Times
As each bag is handmade to order, production times may vary.
Whilst we aim to dispatch orders within our estimated timeframe, there may occasionally be delays due to the availability of fabrics, materials or other components. Should this happen, we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you updated and provide a revised estimated dispatch date.
Stock Availability
We make every effort to ensure that all fabrics, trims and materials shown on our website are available. However, due to supplier availability, certain materials may occasionally become temporarily out of stock.
If this affects your order, we will contact you promptly to discuss the available options, which may include:
- Waiting until the required materials are back in stock;
- Selecting an alternative material or colour; or
- Cancelling your order for a full refund if production has not yet begun.
Returns & Cancellations
As our products are personalised and made to your individual requirements, they cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has begun, except where the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you believe we have made an error with your personalisation, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photographs of the item before arranging a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
Handmade Products
Every bag is individually handmade. As a result, slight variations in fabric placement, stitching and finish are a natural part of the handmade process and should not be considered defects.
Colours
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
